Are you looking for a delicious breakfast place for your family to eat at during your trip to Phoenix? There are a lot of great restaurants in Phoenix that serve breakfast. One of the best is Butter’s Cafe. Keep reading to find out why and see if it is perfect for your family!

The Food at Butter’s Cafe
Butter’s Cafe serves the freshest ingredients possible for breakfast and lunch. They make the batters they use for their pancakes, waffles, and French toast in house from scratch every day. They also squeeze their orange juice fresh daily.
This means that you get delicious, innovative food in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The breakfast menu has lots of options ranging from traditional dishes to more creative choices.
Like pancakes, waffles, or French toast? Pick from granola almond blueberry, berry bliss, apple cinnamon pecan caramel, blueberry danish, or more.

Prefer a more savory breakfast? Try the huevos rancheros, baked potato omelette, fried egg sandwich, or the Irish eggs benedict with corned beef hash. They also serve biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, and a variety of oatmeals.
Kids can choose from eggs, French toast sticks, or a variety of pancakes, including chocolate chip, Oreos Smores, or berry bliss.
The lunch menu features burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
You can see the extensive Butter’s Cafe menu here.

The Decor
Butter’s Cafe is located in a pretty plain looking building. There is nothing really unique or jaw dropping about the way the restaurant is decorated. But it is tastefully designed to feel light, bright, and relaxed. It is obvious that the food is the star of the show here.
While the decor is simple and straightforward, it will make you feel comfortable eating here with your kids. It is perfect to get you in the mood to start your day off great.

Location, Hours, and Prices
Butter’s Cafe is actually located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which is a suburb of Phoenix. There are three locations across Scottsdale.
You will find the newest location at 7000 E. Mayo Blvd., Suite 1032. The Northsight Crossing location is at 14795 N. Northsight Blvd. And the Mercado on Hayden location can be found at 8300 N. Hayden Road, Suite F104.
Butter’s Cafe is open seven days a week from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Breakfast at Butter’s costs between $9-15 per person with side dishes ranging from $3-6. Lunch dishes are all in the $11-17 price range. Everything on the kids menu is under $9. This makes it a very affordable option for families.
Some of the pancakes flavors on the kids’ menu are also on the adult menu. So, if you have multiple kids who want the same flavor, you can save even more money by ordering one adult pancake order and splitting it between them.

Why You Will Love Eating at Butter’s Cafe
We loved eating at Butter’s Cafe during our summer road trip through Arizona and Utah. I thought it was one of the best breakfast options for families because of the large menu that has something for everyone in the family.
All of the food is wonderfully delicious and satisfying. You won’t have any complaints from your family, even if you have some who don’t love breakfast.
The environment is light and airy which is a nice contrast to the Arizona summer heat. There is nothing pretentious about Butter’s Cafe. You will feel as comfortable eating here with your small kids as you do hanging out over coffee with your best friends.
I highly recommend heading to Butter’s Cafe for breakfast during your next trip to the Phoenix area. I know you will be as pleased as we were!

Conclusion
Butter’s Cafe is one of the best breakfast restaurants in the greater Phoenix area. It offers mouth watering dishes made with fresh ingredients in an open, relaxed, and straightforward environment. There are lots of options so you can please everyone in your family. Definitely try it the next time you are in Phoenix!
